I decided yesterday that I could no longer wait for the fabric for the AA babies' body by crocheting Peace Pals so I set their trays over on the window sill where I register the babies. I promised them that as soon as the fabric arrived I would stop whatever I was doing to make their bodies. From the looks on their faces I feel they are trying to be good while they wait. Every one is careful not to say what they are actually thinking about the delay.

In the meantime I put together a new crew out of the babies I had on hand who needed 22 mm eyes. I am out of the smaller ones or any brown ones so had to limit my choices.

We have, l-r, Holly with her calm sweetness, then Candy with all of her excitement about whatever she sees, and sweet Gracie who is still learning about us here. Even though Gracie  has only been on the market for a couple of weeks, Bountiful Baby is already out of her kits. I wondered how few they had gotten in their first shipment. It is interesting that though these three babies, though of different sizes, they all took 22 mm eyes. True some fit better than others, but these are all the sames size and the same blue. I need to get an order off to Dolls by Sandie. She still has the  best priced eyes around.

Wiped down and with their nail polish drying in the cloudy light, here are the limbs for this week's crew. The blue booklet above them is where I make note of things for which I am thankful, You can see that this booklet is almost full. I am so thankful I have a group of three new babies to make bodies for today! And I am even more thankful that I have the fabric on hand for them! Thanks! to Harmony of Harmony Arts!
